York Early Music Christmas Festival

What happens?
Guest artists will include The Burning Bush directed by Lucie Skeaping, the award-winning instrumental ensemble Florilegium with soprano Emma Kirkby, Stile Antico, I Fagiolini, the Rose Consort of Viols, Joglaresa and the European Union Baroque Orchestra.
Highlights will include a performance by the Yorkshire Bach Choir of Handel's oratorio Saul and the debut in York of the winners of the 2009 York Early Music International Young Artists Competition Ensemble Meridiana - and Grand Desir.
